CHAP. 630.— An Act Granting a pension to Helen Augusta Mason Boynton. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 13884](/us/bill/34/hr/13884).][[Private, No. 564](/us/pvt/34/564).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Helen Augusta Mason Boynton.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2351laws, the name of Helen Augusta Mason Boynton, widow of Henry V.
N. Boynton, late lieutenant-colonel Thirty-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and brigadier-general. United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 6, 1907.
