CHAP. 622.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza Orr. March 7, 1906.[[S. 3587](/us/bill/34/s/3587).][[Private, No. 586](/us/pvt/34/586).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEliza Orr.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza Orr. widow of David Orr, late of Company I.
Forty-eighth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Ida Orr,*Provisos.*Increase to cease on death of child.Pension to child on death of mother. helpless and dependent child of said David Orr, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further,* That in the event of the death of Eliza Orr. the name of the said Ida Orr shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Eliza Orr.
