CHAP. 61.— An Act Granting a pension to Eugene A. Myers. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 10814](/us/bill/34/hr/10814).][[Private, No. 48](/us/pvt/34/48).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEugene A. Myers.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eugene A.
Myers, helpless and dependent son of Benjamin H. Myers, Tate lieutenant-colonel Eighty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.
