CHAP. 608.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Driscoll. March 7, 1906.[[S. 3120](/us/bill/34/s/3120).][[Private, No. 572](/us/pvt/34/572).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary Driscoll.Pension increased.Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Mary Driscoll, widow of Daniel Driscoll, late of Company I, Thirty-first Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Daniel Driscoll until she reaches the *Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child.age of sixteen years: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Ellen Driscoll, helpless and dependent child of said Daniel Driscoll, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.
