CHAP. 605.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Morrow. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 11564](/us/bill/34/hr/11564).][[Private, No. 539](/us/pvt/34/539).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJames Morrow.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Morrow, late of Company C, Second Regiment Provisional Pennsylvania Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
