CHAP. 594.— An Act Granting a pension to Libbie A. Merrill. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 10760](/us/bill/34/hr/10760).][[Private, No. 528](/us/pvt/34/528).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Libbie A. Merrill.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2343laws, the name of Libbie A.
Merrill, widow of William E. Merrill, late first lieutenant Company C, Seventy-seventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, such pension to cease upon proof that the officer is still living. Approved, February 6, 1907.
