CHAP. 579.— An Act For the relief of Charles H. Stockley. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 9577](/us/bill/34/hr/9577).][[Private, No. 513](/us/pvt/34/513).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke the order dismissingCharles H. Stockley.Honorable discharge granted. Charles H. Stockley from the service as second lieutenant of Company G, Purnell Legion.
Maryland Infantry Volunteers, and to issue a certificate of honorable discharge for him to date from the seventh day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and the said Charles H. Stockley shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States on said date: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments*Proviso*.No pay, etc. shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
