CHAP. 573.— An Act For the relief of Joseph W. I. Kempa, executor of the last will and testament of William J. Grutza, deceased. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 9212](/us/bill/34/hr/9212).][[Private, No. 507](/us/pvt/34/507).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Joseph W. I. Kempa.Refund of inheritance tax.Vol. 30, p. 464.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause all assessment of inheritance tax against J.
W. I. Kempa, executor of the last will and testament of William J. Grutza, deceased, to be abated; and that the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund the inheritance tax so collected by reason of the assessment made by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue against the said estate, and that the said executor be relieved from the payment of any such tax which may have attached to the said property by reason of the operation of the said law of June thirteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight.
