CHAP. 571.— An Act Granting a pension to Nancy C. Paine. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 9100](/us/bill/34/hr/9100).][[Private, No. 505](/us/pvt/34/505).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theNancy C. Paine.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy C. Paine, widow of Edwin R.
Paine, late of Company C, Thirty-fifth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, such pension to cease upon proof that the soldier is still living. Approved, February 6, 1907.
