CHAP. 567.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Chester Simpson. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 8925](/us/bill/34/hr/8925).][[Private, No. 501](/us/pvt/34/501).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Chester Simpson.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Chester Simpson, late of Company D, Thirteenth 2337Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
