CHAP. 549.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emile Cloe. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 7581](/us/bill/34/hr/7581).][[Private, No. 483](/us/pvt/34/483).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emile Cloe.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 2333pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emile Cloe, late of Fifth Independent Battery, Ohio Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 6, 1907.
