CHAP. 480.— An Act Granting a pension to Josiah C. Hancock. February 6, 1907.[[H. R. 1185](/us/bill/34/hr/1185).][[Private, No. 414](/us/pvt/34/414).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJosiah C. Hancock.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josiah C.
Hancock, helpless and dependent son of Francis M. Hancock, late of Company 1, Twenty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 6, 1907.
