CHAP. 478.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma H. Benham. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 8090](/us/bill/34/hr/8090).][[Private, No. 461](/us/pvt/34/461).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEmma H. Benham.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma H.
Benham, widow of Andrew E. K. Benham, ate rear admiral United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 19, 1906.
