February 6, 1907.[[S. 4350](/us/bill/34/s/4350).][[Private, No. 406](/us/pvt/34/406).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Arthur A. Underwood.Payment to.[R. S., sec. 1661, p.290](/us/rs/s1661/p290).Treasury he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of the allotment of the State of Wyoming under section sixteen hundred and sixty-one of the Revised Statutes, to Arthur A.
Underwood, for expenses incurred en route to and from the national rifle competition, which was held at Sea Girt, New Jersey, August twenty-fourth to September ninth, nineteen hundred and five, and while in attendance there, two hundred and seventy-seven dollars and forty-eight cents. Approved, February 6, 1907.
