CHAP. 466.— An Act To authorize the Norfolk and Western Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Potomac River, at or near Shepherdstown, West Virginia. February 5, 1907. [[H. R. 24111](/us/bill/59/hr/24111).] [[Public, No. 61](/us/pl/59/61).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Potomac River.Norfolk and Western Railway Company may bridge, al Shepherdstown, W. Va. That the Norfolk and Western Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Virginia, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized, in the improvement and relocation of its line, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Potomac River, at or near Shepherdstown.
West Virginia, where the Potomac River forms the boundary line between the States *Ante*, p. 84.of West Virginia and Maryland, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters.” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 5, 1907.
