CHAP. 464.— An Act To authorize the board of commissioners of Lake County, Indiana, to construct a bridge across the Calumet River in the State of Indiana. February 5, 1907. [[H. R. 23939](/us/bill/59/hr/23939).] [[Public, No. 59](/us/pl/59/59).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the board of commissioners Calumet River.Lake County, Indiana, may bridge, at Hammond.of Lake County. Indiana, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a public bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Calumet River at the intersection of Columbia avenue, a public street in the city of Hammond, in the State of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act To *Ante*, p. 84.regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 5, 1907.
