CHAP. 463.— An Act To authorize the Chicago, Lake Shore and South Bend Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Calumet River in the State of Indiana. February 5, 1907. [[H. R. 23718](/us/bill/59/hr/23718).] [[Public, No. 58](/us/pl/59/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Chicago, Lake Shore Calumet River.Chicago, Lakeshore and South Bend Railway Company may bridge, in Lake County.
Ind.and South Bend Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, its successors and assigns, be. and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Calumet River in the south-east quarter of section thirty-four, township thirty-seven north, range nine west, in Lake County, in the State of Indiana, in accordance with *Ante*, p. 84.the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters.” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 5, 1907.
