CHAP. 462.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Ashley River, in the counties of Charleston and Colleton, South Carolina. February 5, 1907. [[H. R. 22135](/us/bill/59/hr/22135).] [[Public, No. 57](/us/pl/59/57).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the assent of the United Ashley River, S.C.Charleston and Saint Andrews Railway Company may bridge, in Charleston County.States of America is hereby given to the Charleston find Saint Andrews Railway Company, a corporation incorporated by the laws of the State of South Carolina, its successors and assigns, and such other persons as may be associated with it, to construct and maintain a bridge over the Ashley River, in the county of Charleston in the State aforesaid at a point suitable to navigation interests, in accordance with the provisions *Ante*, p. 84of an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 5, 1907.
