CHAP. 458.— An Act For the relief of Charles B. Bentley. February 4, 1907.[[H. R. 714](/us/bill/34/hr/714).][[Private, No. 405](/us/pvt/34/405).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there be allowed Charles B. Bentley, postmaster at Warsaw, Indiana, the sum of ninety-sevenCharles B. Bentley.Reimbursement. dollars, to reimburse him for the loss of key-deposit funds and damage to post-office fixtures through burglars, and for the expense resulting from a due vigilance to apprehend the thieves, the said sum not having been certified or allowed to him by the Post-Office Department; and the sum of ninety-seven dollars is hereby appropriated, out of the money not already appropriated, for the payment of said claim.
