CHAP. 456.— An Act For the relief of M. A. Johnson. February 2, 1907.[[S. 4819](/us/bill/34/s/4819).][[Private, No. 404](/us/pvt/34/404).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the. Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out ofM. A. Johnson.Refund of unused balance of deposit. the fund standing to the credit of the United States from deposits made by individuals for the survey of public lands, to M.
A. Johnson, of Stoughton, Dane County, Wisconsin, the sum of one hundred and eighty dollars, being the unused balance of a deposit made by the said M. A. Johnson and his associates with the surveyor-general of the State of Idaho for the survey of certain mining claims in the Hailey, Idaho, land district, which sum of one hundred and eighty dollars was carried into the Treasury of the United States.
