CHAP. 454.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Melvin L. Le Suer, alias James French. February 1, 1007.[[S. 7177](/us/bill/34/s/7177).][[Private, No. 403](/us/pvt/34/403).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMelvin L. Le Suer, alias James French.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Melvin L.
Le Suer, alias James French, late of Companies D and I, Eighth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico; Battery L, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and Troop D, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 1, 1007.
