CHAP. 452.— An Act For the relief of the Allis-Chalmers Company, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. February 1, 1907.[[S. 7028](/us/bill/34/s/7028).][[Private, No. 401](/us/pvt/34/401).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Commissioners of Allis-Chalmers Company.Refund of penalty.the District of Columbia are hereby authorized and directed to anise to be paid from the appropriation for the water department, District of Columbia, extension of the high-service system, to the Allis-Chalmers Company, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the sum of eight thou-sand eight hundred and seventy dollars, deducted by the Commissioners 2315of the District of Columbia as a penalty, under contract numbered three thousand and forty-seven, dated November eleventh, nineteen hundred and one.
