CHAP. 45.— An Act To remove the charge of absence without leave and reported desertion from the military record of J. F. Wisnewski. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 4554](/us/bill/34/hr/4554).][[Private, No. 32](/us/pvt/34/32).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That J. F. Wisnewski, late J. F. Wisnewski.Honorable discharge granted.captain of Company K, Second Kentucky Infantry, be held and considered to have been honorably discharged said service on August eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and that the Secretary of War be authorized to issue an honorable discharge in accordance with *Proviso.*No pay, etc.this Act: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
