CHAP. 447.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Scrogum. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 4732](/us/bill/59/hr/4732).][[Private, No. 430](/us/pvt/59/430).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the James Scrogum.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Scrogum, late of Company C, Sixth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
