CHAP. 445.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma M. Boyer. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 4727](/us/bill/59/hr/4727).][[Private, No. 428](/us/pvt/59/428).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Emma M. Boyer. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma M. Boyer, widow of Paul K.
Boyer, late of Company I, Fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Paul K. Boyer until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 19, 1906.
