CHAP. 443.— An Act In relation to the Washington Market Company. February 1, 1907. [[S. 6470](/us/bill/59/s/6470).] [[Public, No. 49](/us/pl/59/49).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Washington Market Company be, and it is hereby, authorized to procure, by purchase District of Columbia.Washington Market Company.May erect ice plant, etc.or lease, all or part of square numbered three hundred and twenty-eight, in the city of Washington, and thereon conduct a cold-storage business and manufacture ice for use in Center Market and for sale: *Provided*, That nothing in this Act shall be held to limit or affect in *Proviso*.Restriction.Vol. 16, p. 124.any way any of the provisions of an Act to incorporate the, Washington Market Company, approved May twentieth, eighteen hundred and seventy.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act, without Amendment.any liability therefor, is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 1, 1907.
