CHAP. 442.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah J. Dickens. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 4644](/us/bill/59/hr/4644).][[Private, No. 425](/us/pvt/59/425).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Sarah J. Dickens. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah J.
Dickens, widow of Ira S. Dickens, late of Company E, Second Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Ira S, Dickens until it arrives at the age of sixteen years: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Asa L. Dickens, helpless and dependent child of said Ira S. Dickens, the, additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death of Sarah J.
Dickens the name of said Asa *Provisos.* Increase to cease on death of child. Pension to child on death of mother.L. Dickens shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Sarah J.
