CHAP. 440.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William John Stewart, alias John Scott. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 4391](/us/bill/59/hr/4391).][[Private, No. 423](/us/pvt/59/423).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Hawse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the William John Stewart, alias John Scott Pension Increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William John Stewart, alias John Scott, late of Company K, Twentieth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and Company K, Fifth Regiment Connecticut Veteran Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
