CHAP. 44.— An Act Granting a pension to George W. Kelley. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 4292](/us/bill/34/hr/4292).][[Private, No. 31](/us/pvt/34/31).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the George W. Kelley.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George W. Kelley, late second-class apprentice United States ship New Hampshire, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.
