CHAP. 439.— An Act Permitting the building of a railway bridge across the Mississippi River in Morrison County, State of Minnesota. February 1, 1907. [[S. 7827](/us/bill/59/s/7827).] [[Public, No. 45](/us/pl/59/45).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River. Minneapolis. Saint Paul and Sault Sainte Marie Railway Company may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Minneapolis, Saint Paul and Sault Sainte Marie Railway Company, a railway corporation organized under the laws of the States of Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota, its successors or assigns, to build a railway bridge across the Mississippi Location.River from a point on the west bank of said river in lot one of section thirty-two, township one hundred and twenty-eight north, range twenty-nine west, to a point on the east bank of said river in lot two of section twenty, township thirty-nine north, range thirty-two west, in the county of Morrison and State of Minnesota, in accordance with *Ante*, p. 84.the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. 869 Sec. 2.
That this Act shall be null and void unless the bridge herein Time of construction.authorized be commenced within one year and completed within two years from the date of approval of this Act. Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 1, 1907.
