CHAP. 434.— An Act To reimburse the Becker Brewing and Malting Company, of Ogden, Utah, for loss resulting from robbery of the United States mails. January 30, 1907.[[S. 1231](/us/bill/34/s/1231).][[Private, No. 393](/us/pvt/34/393).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theBecker Brewing and Making Company.Reimbursement. Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to the Becker Brewing and Malting Company, out of any money in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ninety-two dollars and fifty cents, for loss incurred through the transmission in the United States mails of certain revenue stamps.
