CHAP. 431.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Columbia River between Walla Walla and Benton counties, in the State of Washington, by the North Coast Railroad Company. January 29, 1907. [[H. R. 23561](/us/bill/59/hr/23561).] [[Public, No. 40](/us/pl/59/40).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Columbia River, Wash.North Coast Railroad Company may bridge. That the North Coast Railroad Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct and maintain a bridge and approaches thereto across the Columbia River from some convenient anti practical point, to Location.be selected, on the east bank of said river in Walla Walla County to some convenient and practical point on the west bank of said river in Benton County, in the State of Washington, in accordance with the provisions *Ante*, p. 84.of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 29, 1907.
