CHAP. 429.— An Act Granting a pension to Jessie Marie Hester. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 3229](/us/bill/59/hr/3229).][[Private, No. 412](/us/pvt/59/412).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Jessie Marie Hester. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jessie Marie Hester, widow of William W.
Hester, late first lieutenant Company L, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and lieutenant-colonel Forty-eighth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
