CHAP. 427.— An Act Granting a pension to Maggie Parker. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 3214](/us/bill/59/hr/3214).][[Private, No. 410](/us/pvt/59/410).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Maggie Parker.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maggie Parker, widow of Stephen Parker, late of Company C, Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
