CHAP. 425.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma Auger. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 2795](/us/bill/59/hr/2795).][[Private, No. 408](/us/pvt/59/408).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Emma Auger. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma Auger, dependent mother of Hector Auger, late ship’s cook, third class, United States ship Dixie, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
