McKee, deceased, late clerk of the United States circuit court of appeals for the fifth circuit at New Orleans, Louisiana, the, sum of seven hundred and eighty-four dollars and fifty-five cents, being the amount erroneously paid into the subtreasury of the United States in his emolument returns December thirty-first, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, and December thirty- first, eighteen hundred and ninety-three.
