CHAP. 422.— An Act For the relief of Peter Fairley. January 26, 1907.[[S. 4860](/us/bill/34/s/4860).][[Private, No. 386](/us/pvt/34/386).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay andPeter Fairley.Payment to. return to Peter Fairley the sum of four hundred and fifty dollars paid by said Peter Fairley to the United States on a judgment against him on the bail bond of John C.
Lott, who was afterwards captured and returned to the United States officers by said Peter Fairley. The said sum of four hundred and fifty dollars is hereby appropriated for said payment and return of said sum to said Peter Fairley. Approved, January 26, 1907.
