CHAP. 420.— An Act Granting a pension to Evelyn S. Beardslee. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 2340](/us/bill/59/hr/2340).][[Private, No. 403](/us/pvt/59/403).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Evelyn S. Beardslee. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Evelyn S. Beardslee, widow of Lester A. Beardslee, ate rear-admiral, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
