CHAP. 415.— An Act For the refund of certain tonnage duties. January 25, 1907.[[S. 1169](/us/bill/34/s/1169).][[Private, No. 380](/us/pvt/34/380).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Steamer “Banes.”Refund of tonnage taxes.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, additional tonnage taxes at the rate of one dollar per ton, amounting to nine hundred and eight dollars, levied before May fifteenth, nineteen hundred and five, on the steamer Banes, under the flag of Panama. Approved, January 25, 1907.
