CHAP. 412.— An Act Granting a pension to Ida L. and Clara E. Winters. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 1958](/us/bill/59/hr/1958).][[Private, No. 395](/us/pvt/59/395).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Ida L. and Clara E. Wintern. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the names of Ida L. and Clara E.
Winters, helpless and depend-1517ent children of James Winters, late of Company G, Two hundredth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay them each a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
