CHAP. 409.— An Act Granting a pension to James H. Cole, alias John V. Cole. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 1797](/us/bill/59/hr/1797).][[Private, No. 392](/us/pvt/59/392).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the James H. Cole, alias John V. Cole.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of James H. Cole, alias John V. Cole, late of Company H, Fortieth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
