CHAP. 408.— An Act For the relief of W. A. McLean. January 25, 1907. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the W. A. McLean.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, required, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to W. A. McLean, of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, the sum of one hundred and seventeen dollars and sixty-nine cents, for money due him under a judgment of the United States court for the western district of North Carolina, rendered at November term, nineteen hundred and four, at Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Approved, January 25, 1907.
