CHAP. 406.— An Act For the relief of Eunice Tripler. January 25, 1907.[[S. 3820](/us/bill/34/s/3820).][[Private, No. 371](/us/pvt/34/371).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there be paid to Charles S. Tripler.Payment to widow of.Eunice Tripler, widow of Surgeon Charles S. Tripler, United States Army, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand dollars, for services by the said Charles S.
Tripler in his lifetime in preparing, superintending, and directing the publication of a manual for the use of medical officers of the Army of *Proviso.*Further claims barred.the United States: *Provided,* That payment of the above sum shall be a bar to any further claim against the Government for the use of the book herein referred to. Approved, January 25, 1907.
