CHAP. 403.— An Act For the relief of Pay Director E. B. Rogers, United States Navy. January 25, 1907.[[S. 2262](/us/bill/34/s/2262).][[Private, No. 368](/us/pvt/34/368).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theE. B. Rogers.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to E. B. Rogers, pay director, United States Navy, the sum of one thousand dollars, said sum to be a payment in full for all losses of personal property incurred by him by reason of the destruction by tire of the Windsor House at Yokohama, Japan, on the morning of February eighth, eighteen hundred and eighty-six.
