CHAP. 402.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary K. Lewis. February 19, 1906.[[H. R. 1280](/us/bill/59/hr/1280).][[Private, No. 385](/us/pvt/59/385).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Mary K. Lewis.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary K. Lewis, widow of Green B. Lewis, late of Captain Dennard’s company, First Regiment Georgia Mounted Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
