CHAP. 400.— An Act For the relief of the heirs of Joseph Sierra, deceased. January 25, 1907.[[S. 350](/us/bill/34/s/350).][[Private, No. 365](/us/pvt/34/365).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Joseph Sierra.Payment to heirs of.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to J. W. Hargis, Mary Hargis, Mrs. Belle McConnoughy, Mrs. Kate Anderson, Modeste Hargis, Mrs.
Virginia Craig, Petronilla Leonard, Steven Leonard, and Joseph Sierra, heirs of Joseph Sierra, deceased, late collector of customs at Pensacola, Florida, the sum of three thousand six hundred and seventy-nine dollars and nineteen cents, and the said sum is hereby appropriated for said purpose out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, January 25, 1907.
