CHAP. 3978.— An Act For the relief of Taylor Ware. June 30, 1906.[[H. R. 13836](/us/bill/34/hr/13836).][[Private, No. 3562](/us/pvt/34/3562).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Taylor Ware be held and considered to have been honorably discharged as a private of CompanyTaylor Ware.Granted honorable discharge. D, Fifty-second United States Colored Infantry Volunteers, as of date of July seventeenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to issue a discharge in accordance with this Act: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments*Proviso*.No pay, etc. shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act.
