CHAP. 3977.— An Act For the relief of Daniel B. Murphy. June 30, 1906.[[H. R. 13142](/us/bill/34/hr/13142).][[Private, No. 3561](/us/pvt/34/3561).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Daniel B. Murphy, late adjutant of the Twenty-fifth Regiment New Jersey VolunteerDaniel B. Murphy.Granted honorable discharge. Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from said regiment on February eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and that the Secretary of War shall issue to him an honorable discharge as of that date: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the*Proviso*.No pay, etc. passage of this Act.
