CHAP. 3976.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to Seth Davis. June 30, 1906.[[H. R. 12892](/us/bill/34/hr/12892).][[Private, No. 3560](/us/pvt/34/3560).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Seth Davis shall here-after be held and considered to have been honorably discharged fromSeth Davis.Granted honorable discharge. the military service of the United States as a first lieutenant, Company E, Fourth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, on April twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-six: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty,*Proviso*.No pay, etc. or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
