CHAP. 3969.— An Act For the relief of Russell Savage. June 30, 1906.[[H. R. 5509](/us/bill/34/hr/5509).][[Private, No. 3553](/us/pvt/34/3553).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarRussell Savage.Military record corrected. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the records of the War Department in such manner as to show that Russell Savage, a private, Company L, Fourth Regiment Tennessee Cavalry Volunteers, was enlisted on the ninth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty- four, and was mustered into the service April twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and that he was honorably discharged at Nashville, Tennessee, on the first day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments*Proviso*.No pay, etc. shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act.
